"The Good Guys in Chatswood is one of the cheapest stores around here for computers (Northshore) and the shop assistants seemed to know a least something about notebooks / laptop computers. Ended up buying a notebook through Dell on-line as it was on special but worth going to the Good Guys so you can see what you're considering buying. Having mentioned Dell the notebook's keyboard broke within a couple of weeks - good news is Dell came to our house and replaced the keyboard free of charge"

"Dell sold me laptop with 4Gb of memory for less than a thousand dollars. If you are looking to buy a laptop II suggest you do some homework, get some price comparisons including from Dell's website, then ring Dell up and see if you can't get a better deal. Worked for me. To be honest, I'd pay a little more for a Dell because of the good support they provide but don't tell them that :) "
