Have to be wary of the cowboys in this business. M & M outperformed others I've tried in both price and effectiveness. They useD a method where the queen of the hive becomes infertile thereby effectively killing the colony. Problem with other methods i.e. poisons is that the termites relocate and may return. You need to deal with the queen. If you don't stop the queen they quickly repopulate. I own a large property so I was expecting the worse but they only charged six grand. No qualms about recommending them.
